MeadowBank

Jane welcomes you to Meadowbank House, our beautiful and bright Bed and Breakfast in the lovely village of Liddington just outside Swindon. Watch the gorgeous North Wessex Downs film of the local area on our location page.

We have three luxurious double rooms with a choice of modern private facilities or shared bathroom. The guest sitting room has lovely views over the garden and surrounding countryside. French windows open to a terrace with outside seating to enjoy warm evenings and there is a log fire for when it is not so warm.  Wireless internet is available throughout the house.

A full Wiltshire breakfast, using as many local ingredients and home-made dishes as possible, is freshly prepared and served each morning. Other choices, including Jane’s award winning healthy breakfast, seasonal dishes and legendary American pancakes with maple syrup are always on offer. We try to make all our own bread, compote, jams and marmalades and have been known to cure our own bacon.

Meadowbank House is just 5 minutes from junction 15 of the M4. The Great Western Hospital is less than 5 minutes and Swindon town centre is less than 15 minutes. The Ridgeway National trail and Redlands Airfield are also close by. We want to provide a unique home away from home atmosphere for guests who come to work in the area and are looking for somewhere really special to make their base.

Liddington has one friendly village pub for drinks and evening meals and there are other great pubs in the villages around Liddington.
