The Robin is one of the UK’s favourite birds and they can be seen throughout the year and you may even hear them singing in the garden on Christmas Day.

Males and females look identical, and young birds have no red breast. Even though these birds look very cute they can be aggressive if their territories are invaded and have no problem at all in driving away intruders.
