Yorkshire Wildlife Park
Yorkshire Wildlife Park is the UK’s no.1 walkthrough wildlife adventure. Based near Doncaster, the park is home to nearly 400 animals and over 70 different species.
Highlights include a unique animal collection including lions, black rhinos, giant otters and the only polar bears in England. Then there’s a huge indoor play area with Baboon Reserve views, the Monkey Play House and Zoom Super Slide Barn. Warm up in the Safari Café and browse the shops in the Safari Village.
There are also year-round education programmes and exciting events including Wild Live Safari Nights, the Run For Wildlife Virtual 5k and Halloween. A great place for a wild family adventure, visitors can also experience VIP tours or become a ranger for the day!
Directions: Exit the M18 at J3 and take the new “Great Yorkshire Way” signposted Yorkshire Wildlife Park to the A638. Take the left lane signposted “Armthorpe”, join the A638 then after approximately 300 metres, turn right onto Warning Tongue Lane.
Opening Times: Main season 10:00am – 6:00pm (last entry 5pm)
November to March 10:00am – 4:00pm (last entry 3pm)
Open every day except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
