RSPB Nature Reserve Minsmere
Have a great day out with the family at Minsmere and discover nature for yourself. Become part of Minsmere’s nature in the Wild Zone. Clamber through the child-sized tunnels like a sand martin chick or sit on the eggs in the willow bittern nest.
Test your den building skills, then borrow an explorer backpack and see what wildlife you can spot in the woods, on the marshes, or even on the beach. It changes on every visit so you can never tell what you’ll find, but Minsmere’s volunteers will help you identify any birds, bugs and flowers you spot. Make a day of it by sampling the home-cooked, locally sourced food in the cafe, or give a nature a home with a gift from the RSPB shop. Look out for extra family activities in school holidays.
