Museum of Childhood
The V&A Museum of Childhood in London’s Bethnal Green houses the Victoria and Albert Museum’s collection of childhood-related objects and artefacts, dating from the 1600s to the present day. As well as toys, dolls, dolls’ houses, games and puzzles, the Museum also has a wealth of objects relating to many other aspects of childhood, including home and childcare, play and learning, clothing and representations of childhood.
There are activities available for families to take part in every day, as well as special events at weekends and during school holidays. Welcoming over 400,000 visitors through its doors every year the Museum of Childhood is a great day out.
Opening Times: 10am – 5.45pm daily.
