Chelsea Physic Garden
Tucked away beside the Thames, Chelsea Physic Garden is a walled garden founded by the Worshipful Society of Apothecaries in 1673 for the study of medicinal and useful plants. The Garden today has around 5000 different edible, useful, medicinal and historical plants and also provides a green oasis within the heart of London.
